NEWSLETTER POPUP

This sticky element fixes to the side of the page while the user scrolls and ultimately directs the user to a modal. It is used to entice the user to sign up for a newsletter or email but could also be used to promote a gated content page. The content is controllable in Umbraco and includes the new text style options, button options, and color options.
