LANDING PAGE BANNER

This new banner, like the banner carousel, allows for use of a background image or video and will turn from a static banner into a rotating carousel when more slide items are added. With this banner, you are able to adjust the height per breakpoint in the "Config" tab. It uses the new text and button style editors and allows you to change the color so you have the most flexibility.
